This Father & Son Rendition Of A Frank Sinatra Hit Will Make Your Day

Interest December 7, 2018 By Hugo

Family singalongs in the car are one the best things about having children because there's nothing quite like hearing their voices ring through your ears, and for father Matt Clayton, he knows this all too well.

But rather than belt out your everyday pop songs, this father-son-duet was done amidst the smooth falsettos of Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.

Delivering their own rendition of the jazz hit "Me and My Shadow", originally recorded in 1927 by Whispering Jack Smith and revived by Frank and Sammy 45 years later, the wonderful lyrics are enough to make you smile like a goofball!

Lyrics such as “Like the wallpaper sticks to the wall" were sung in perfect harmony,  and it isn't long before you realize that the song is actually about them!

This beautiful father and son moment reminds us all how special and sacred family time is, and it's great to see fathers like this sharing such a beautiful relationship with their children.

Enjoy the wonderful ride below and be sure to let us know in the comments if you have a special family song as well!
